Nintendo’s Crafty Yoshi and Kirby Games to Come in March

Nintendo has announced its first major releases of 2019 — and it’s a new Yoshi game on the Switch and a Kirby game for the 3DS system. These crafty titles are sure to bring a touch of whimsy to any system.
For the 3DS, Nintentdo is releasing Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn on March 8, 2019. Originally released in February of 2010 for the Wii, it’s now going to be ported to the handheld device. Kirby’s Epic Yarn predates Yoshi’s Wooly World, clearly inspiring the latter.
This Kirby port will remain similar to it’s previous release, utliizing the Ravel ability, a new set of minigames to pad out hte gameplay, and a devilish mode to increase the difficulty for those who want more a challenge.
Only a few days later, on March 29, the newest game in the exclusively Yoshi franchise will release. Yoshi’s Crafted World is said to be the spiritual successor to Yoshi’s Island, but with a similar aesthetic to Yoshi’s Wooly World, released in early 2017. The distinct crafty style of the game is brilliant, giving it a distinct charm that’s sure to thrill new and old gamers alike. To check out a glimpse of the trailer, check it out here
